At Doctori, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users, including doctors, clinics, healthcare practitioners, and patients. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of information we collect and process, how it is used and protected in compliance with Google Play policies, and the nature of digital healthcare services in Libya.
If you have any questions or require further details, please do not hesitate to contact us through the approved technical support channels within the app or via email at: libyamarts@gmail.com.
By using the Doctori App (Clinics Portal) or our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and conditions.
To provide secure and integrated clinic management and healthcare services, the app strictly requires all users to create a secure, password-protected personal account to log in. Accordingly, we collect the following data upon registration:
Mandatory Credentials and Login Data: Every user must provide their Full Name, Email Address, an active Phone Number, and create an encrypted password as an essential requirement to create, activate, and access the account and system.
Account and Professional Information: We request medical specialty, the clinic's geographical location, professional credentials or licenses, as well as schedule and shift configurations.
Medical Records and Appointment Management: We access and process booking details, patient appointments, visitor names, and medical classifications of services provided to facilitate and organize workflow within the healthcare facility.
Financial Information: We collect and track subscription history, financial transactions, and clinic revenue reports to document accounting operations and withdrawal requests.
Device and Other Identifiers (Device or Other IDs): Through third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) used for notification and security purposes, the app automatically collects digital device identifiers for secure analytics, fraud prevention, and sending instant alerts.
We use the collected information for "Healthcare Services and Management" purposes, in line with the following objectives:
Identity Verification and Account Security: Utilizing email, phone number, and password to strictly verify the identity of the doctor or clinic administration, ensuring unauthorized access to sensitive medical data is prevented.
Facilitating and Managing Bookings: Seamlessly connecting the doctor or clinic account with patients, and confirming or cancelling appointments automatically or manually via the provided contact information.
Improving App Performance and Stability: Understanding and analyzing how doctors interact with the system interfaces to develop features tailored to the Libyan market and to monitor system crashes (Android Vitals).
Communication and Notifications: Sending instant push notifications via Firebase or transactional SMS alerts to remind users of new appointments, medical updates, or financial transactions.
Doctori follows a standard procedure of using log files. The information inside the log files includes: Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, device type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date/time stamp, and referring pages. This data helps us analyze user movement and optimize server performance both inside and outside Libya; it is not linked to any personally identifiable information outside the scope of system operations.
We use cookies and similar technologies to store user preferences (such as the preferred language or the latest settings for the clinic interface) to enhance the user experience and customize app content.
We are fully aware of the extreme sensitivity of medical data and patient records. Doctori strictly commits never to sell, share, or trade health details or medical records with any third parties for commercial or marketing purposes. The processing of medical data within the app is strictly confined to enabling the authorized doctor or healthcare provider to follow up on the patient's condition and manage their health file inside the clinic.
Since the app enforces account creation for login, we grant users full control over their data as follows:
Data Retention Period: We retain personal data (such as name, email, phone number), professional data, and financial data for as long as the clinic or doctor account is active and enabled on our servers to provide continuous healthcare services.
Mechanism to Permanently Delete the Account: All users have the right to request the permanent deletion of their accounts (including email, phone number, and password) and all associated data at any time through the following means:
Using the "Delete Account" option available directly within the app settings screen.
Sending an official direct request via the technical support email: libyamarts@gmail.com.
Request Processing: Upon receiving a deletion request (either from within the app or via email), the account will be closed, and all identifiable, professional, and medical data associated with it will be permanently erased from Doctori servers and data repositories within a period not exceeding 30 days from the request date, except for data we are legally or regulatorily obligated to retain (such as documented historical financial transactions).
In the event that Doctori undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your data may be transferred as part of the operational assets to the acquiring entity, subject to the same protection standards. We will notify you via email or a prominent notice within the app before personal data is transferred or becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
For any inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy, to review your data, or to follow up on an account deletion request, please contact us directly via:
